Foundations Program

The Movement Crew Foundations Program is specific to joining our functional group classes.

In the program, we make sure our members are well educated and equipped to get the most out of each workout, and to minimize injury. The 3 session Foundations course is designed to teach you the basic movements in a small group or one on one. In order for you to increase your work load in the gym, you need to be moving efficiently, safely and have a good understanding of the different techniques.
